The request from our client was simple, to remodel the upper floor of their villa to create
an office space and possibly an additional sleeping area, all within
an specific budget.
We suggested rearranging the master suite, which was quite spacious,
and taking a portion of the landing to create this area.
Challenge successfully met, as the result exceeds the client’s expectations due to
the storage solutions that were implemented by creating an alcove next to the convertible sofa.
