Renovation of a Haussmannian apartment – Champs de Mars
Located at the Champ de Mars, our client approached us for the complete renovation of their apartment.
Our mission for this renovation project :
Project management, site supervision, interior decoration, object and furniture design, international sourcing branded furniture.
This complete renovation project, has been a work of excellence, where everything has been meticulously thought out in the smallest details.
The renovation project has been designed to accommodate every detail and every branded piece of furniture.
Marble is extraordinarily beautiful, with a purity and a very high quality.
The bespoke staff alcoves, moldings, ceiling rose, and pilasters were designed and created, as well as all the mirrors. The floors were replaced with parquet of Versailles.
Bespoke golden plumbing fixtures, featuring crystal-encrusted dragonfly motifs by René Lalique.
Everything in this project is of exceptional beauty and refinement.
In the entrance gallery, the installation of pur white Carrara marble, the creation of a dressing room and staff niches to showcase artworks, the design of a mirror to achieve perfect alignment with the console we sourced, and the lighting arrangement for both the entrance gallery and the artworks.
n the living rooms and dining room, the installation of parquet of Versailles flooring, the creation of a sliding door with small beveled mirrors, the addition of pilasters, moldings, and cyma moulding, the sourcing and restoration of antique furniture, the selection of textiles and decorative objects, the lighting of artworks, the installation of a new Carrara marble fireplace mantel in period style, and the replacement of gilded window fasteners.
In the guest toilets, the installation of Ivory onyx with a specific installation called “à livre ouvert”, the creation of a custom-made mirror with the integration of a René Lalique pediment, and the design and creation of a bespoke gold plumbing fixture adorned with Lalique-signed dragonflies.
In the bathrooms, the installation of marble, art deco-inspired plumbing fixtures, the creation of mahogany furniture, and the design of custom-made mirrors.
In the hallways, the creation of a alcove covered in gold leaf, and the installation of Versailles parquet flooring.
In the TV lounge, the creation of a Moorish-inspired niche, inspired by the purchase of a mirror found in Paris, which we had custom-made in staff with glass shelves, all covered in gold leaf.
